Can I cancel my purchase?

Sure, to cancel your small order contact us before it ships for a full refund.

To cancel large orders you must contact us before production begins. The refunded amount will exclude Stripe‘s payment processing fee of approximately 3%.

Something is wrong with my card, what should I do?

Please contact us so we can make it right.

I‘m not happy with my card, what should I do?

☹️ For small orders if you ship it back to us at your expense within a week of delivery we will refund it when we receive it. Please contact us to let us know it is coming.

Large orders are not refundable.

Can you customize the card design for me?

Maybe! Contact us to talk about what customization and quantity you are interested in.

Can you ship outside of the United States?

No. Figuring out the rules for import/export and data privacy in other jurisdictions is complicated and it isn‘t clear there would be enough interest to justify it.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax if shipping to an address in Washington state.

Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping to anywhere in the United States is already included in the listed price.
